    Is it necessary to rotate my back foot while slipping to the lead side ?

      No. But it will give you a greater range of slipping, and it can make your slip more fluid.

    Interesting how your feet automatically shift to leading foot pointing more towards opponent and rear foot going more perpendicular. Not a trained boxer, but I made a good dummy for the coach teach footwork to kids, just used historical fencing footwork.

    Thank you! The way you explained this was perfect and it feels right now that iv tried a few times after your video! I’m 5’4 100 pounds fluctuating up and down 2-3 pounds and I cannot stand right for crap bc it just doesn’t look like everyone els im a stick figure so its really hard to get the right stance. This really helped
